We are warm, inviting & hand-crafted. Our spaces are fully furnished and tastefully decorated so it's simple and effortless for you to pop in and celebrate your day.
This is perfect for your graduation party, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, and small celebrations of any kind.
Don’t worry about cleaning your house or buying a bunch of cute decor. We’ve got it!

Before you book:
Please include your preparation, decoration & clean-up time in your rental! (For example: If you are having a party from 1-2, but your caterer arrives at 12:30 and you need to decorate/set up, then you will need to book at 12:30 or 12. After your party is done, cleanup must be completed by 3! If you need extra time, please book it.) (Rentals are required to bag trash, wipe tabletops, and do a quick sweep. Please do not leave personal decor and belongings!)
We are not on site (this is like a vacation rental). (For example: If you are having your rehearsal dinner with us and your catering staff are going to bring food when you are still at your church rehearsing, you will want to have someone there to help. )
We are always available to help with any questions that you have! In case of change in your event, we are happy to reschedule your date (due to weather day-of, or with 1-month notice), but full refunds will not be given after 48 hours. After 48 hours, a 10% refund will be applied.
Please note that at this time our entrance is not handicap accessible. Due to the historic nature of the building, we have been unable to provide a ramp. There are four steps leading into the front entrance. We are working on a solution for this.
